Citizens for Smart Growth is a 501c4 nonprofit in Peoria, AZ that was developed to advocate for SMART GROWTH within the city. We want to protect our beautiful city and way of life from the massive industrialization of North Peoria, the prospect of an airport/airpark, and wasteful spending by the Peoria City Council.

Our Mission
Advocating for smart growth in Peoria, AZ, which honors the environment around us and serves the community while protecting open spaces.
Smart Growth: seeks to invite economic development focusing on retail, entertainment, offices, healthcare, higher education, medical, and residential.
Environment: land, water, animals, etc.
Serves the community: Economic development that serves the needs of the Peoria community and is not industrial in nature in order to protect the citizens from toxins and forever chemicals.
Open Spaces: preserving the local Sonoran desert within development to maintain the beauty and culture of the surrounding desert within our spaces.
